中等缸径柴油机及增压器分会（以下简称“中缸径分会”）隶属于中国内燃机工业协会，是中国内燃机工业协会下的基层组织。

    中缸径分会自1990年成立至今已历时四届，目前共有会员单位31家。

    中缸径分会是一个非盈利性的、跨地区、跨部门、跨所有制的专业性社会组织，汇集了国内几大主要的中等缸径柴油机、涡轮增压器和油管管路等方面的生产企业及研究机构。分会宗旨：协助政府和协会进行行业管理；维护会员单位的合法权益，反映会员单位的真实需求；是政府、协会和会员单位之间的“桥梁”和“纽带”；为振兴和发展我国内燃机工业事业作出积极贡献。

    The Branch of Medium-Sized Diesel Engine and Turbocharger (the Branch) is one of basic organizations of Association of Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Industry (the Association).

    Found in 1990, the Branch has experienced four terms with total members of 31 at present. As a non-profitable social organization of profession, it covers different places in China, different government departments and enterprises with various kinds of ownership, and brings together major domestic manufacturers and research institutes of medium sized diesel engine, turbocharger and high-pressure fuel line. The purpose of the Branch is to help government and the Association conduct management within the industry, protect its memberships’ legitimate right and benefits, reflect their needs and demands, and to work as a bridge and link among the government, the Association and the member enterprises, so as to make contribution to the acceleration and development of Chinese internal combustion engine business.
