中国内燃机工业协会进排气机构分会（以下简称分会）是中国内燃机工业协会的直属分支机构。
    分会由内燃机进排气机构产品（含气门、气门座、挺柱、导管、凸轮轴等）制造企业、科研院所及相关配套企业组成。其宗旨是：为会员单位和政府部门服务，贯彻执行政府有关方针、政策和法令，维护本行业的共同利益及会员单位的合法权益，反映会员的愿望与要求；在政府和会员之间发挥“桥梁”和“纽带”作用；开展行业内的组织协调工作；促进行业技术进步和健康发展。
    本分会现有会员单位40家，拥有员工24592人，2006年完成工业总产值360756.2万元；实现销售总收入330806.7万元；利润总额达到24303.8万元。
    分会已经历四届，第四届理事会有理事单位11家，理事长1人（上海内燃机研究所），副理事长5人（济南沃德汽车零部件有限公司，马勒三环气门驱动（湖北）有限公司，安徽金光机械集团股份有限公司，河南省荥阳市内燃机配件厂，株洲湘火炬机械制造有限责任公司）, 理事5人（北京北内发动机零部件有限公司、石家庄金刚内燃机零部件集团有限公司，广东怀集汽车配件制造有限责任公司，江苏东翔气门有限公司，绵阳市天旋气门组件有限公司）。

China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association－Valve System Branch (hereinafter referred as to “The Branch”) is the branch organization of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association.

The Branch is composed of Valve System (valve, valve insert, tappet, guide, camshaft etc.) manufacturers, scientific research institutes and relative enterprises, which are the members of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association. Its principle is to serve the members and governmental departments, implement the relative governmental guideline, policy and regulations, maintain the common benefit of this industry and the members’ legal rights and interests, reflect members’ wishes and requirements, act as the “bridge” and “link” between the government and member, carry out the industrial organization and coordination work, and promote the industrial technical improvement and healthy development.

The Branch has 40 members which have 24,592 employees. In 2006, the total industrial output value was 3,607,562 thousand yuan; The total sales income was 3,308,067 thousand yuan; Total profits reached 243,038 million yuan.

The Branch has come through four councils. The fourth council has 11 council members: 1 council director (Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute) , 5 deputy council directors(Jinan Ward Auto Parts Co.Ltd, MAHLE Tri-Ring Valve Train ( Hubei) Co.Ltd, Anhui Golden Mechanical Group Inc, Henan Xingyang Engine Parts Plant, Zhuzhou Rorch Mechanical Manufacturing Co.Ltd) and 5 directors(Beijin Beinei Engine Components Co.Ltd, Shijiazhuang Kincon Internal Combustion Engine Parts Group Ltd, Huaiji Auto-accessories MFG Co.Ltd, JiangSu Dongxiang Valve Co.Ltd, Mianyang Tianxuan Valve Components Co.Ltd).

The standing body of the Branch is secretariat. It is composed of the secretary-general, deputy secretary-general and working personnel, among which there is 1 secretary-general (Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute) and 1 deputy secretary-generals (Jinan Ward Auto Parts Co.Ltd).
